Extremely challenging smile makeover case.
Challenges:
- Wedding in next 20 days, out station patient
- Congenitally missing left lateral incisor
- Peg shape right lateral incisor
- Edge to edge bite
- Trauma from occlusion with periodontal problems in lower incisors
- Facially proclined incisors
- Huge midline diastema
- Fluorosis
- Gingival zenith mismatched
- To set the right proportions of teeth and create illusion of missing lateral incisor from canine.
And patient doesn’t want orthodontic treatment nor can afford ceramic !

Time taken – 5hours
Tried some #bredent pink composite to mask gingival zenith mismatch.
Not a perfect case in terms of proportion and finish but the best I can do for bride.
